Terms and Conditions
Each piece will be made to order so please allow
3-4 weeks for silver and gold plated silver
5-7 weeks for Gold and Platinum
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you are needing something sooner than these delivery times, or for a specific date please email me with a direct enquiry.
All Items are posted using Royal mail’s special delivery service so the item will arrive before 1pm and requires a signature upon receipt.
Delivery costs £7.50 per order
Goods remain the property of Ami Pepper Contemporary Jewellery until paid in full.
One of a kind
Each piece of jewellery is completely handmade and unique with small variations occurring from items in stock or photographs. This is something natural in my making process, but if for any reason you feel it is not in keeping please contact us as soon as possible to amend.
Jewellery occasionally needs a clean. This can be done using a soft toothbrush with soapy water. For silver pieces a silver cloth or silver dip. Cleaning with chemicals is not recommended on gold plated or oxidised items. In time the black oxidised layer and gold plate will wear with time and this is part of the character. We offer a re oxidising or gold plating services on request depending on the piece.
Bespoke Commission & Sculptural Rings

The large sculptural rings are completely one of a kind. With this process being entirely unique we offer a wax making service where you are able to be involved in the making process. This allows you to view the wax and talk through composition and scale through a studio visit, by email or telephone conversation.
The wax cost is £100, which is non- refundable but deducted of the final amount when the order is placed.
Refunds and Exchanges
As items are made to order we cannot accept refunds but offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem.
Please return the item securely packaged with your details using a trackable insured shipping service.
Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised to a customer’s request.
When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.
